Pomodoro kicks off 2020 in style

Fittingly, Seanís first winner of 2020 came courtesy of the Tarry trained July winner Pomodoro. The latterís son Dual At Dawn got off the mark at just the second time of asking, when scoring a fluent 1.75 length win over 1400m at the Vaal on Thursday.
The Klawervlei Stud bred colt was ridden to victory by Kabelo Matsunyane, and is owned by Chris Van Niekerk, who continues to enjoy good success with the progeny of Pomodoro.

Out of the Toreador mare Spanish Dawn, Dual At Dawn had caught the eye on debut when finishing second over 1400m, and he looks to have the scope to make up into a smart sort.
