Bloodstock South Africa have unveiled a high-class catalogue for this year's August Two Year Old Sale.
Long regarded as one of the country's best value for money thoroughbred auctions, this year's August Sale, which consists of more than 300 lots, is set to take place at the TBA Complex in Germiston on Thursday August 22nd and Friday August 23rd.
This year's August Two Year Old Sale is replete with progeny of such high-class stallions as Gimmethegreenlight, Master Of My Fate, One World, Querari, Rafeef, Trippi, Vercingetorix, and What A Winter.
Exciting young sires represented at the August Sale for a first time include Declarationofpeace, Erik The Red, Hawwaam, and Summa Cum Laude.
Success From Last Years August Sale
The Tarry team have enjoyed plenty of success at the August Two Year Old Sale. Sean's charge, and promising two-year-old, Don't Cry For Me, a R375 000 purchase from last year's sale, finished second on debut before winning impressively next time out, and he is a fine advertisement for the type of horse offered at the August Sale.
