Venus Storms Home

The Tarry yard's King Of Venus won a good race at the Vaal on Thursday. Racing in the middle of the track, the Calvin Habib-ridden King Of Venus dug down deep to best Var Park by three parts of a length in Thursday's Racehorse Owners Association MR 75 Handicap over 1000 metres.

It was a fine training performance by Sean and his team who managed to get King Of Venus back off a nearly one-year layoff, and he won a good race.

Owned by Sean Tarry Racing (Pty) Ltd, five-year-old King Of Venus has now won three times from nine starts. The Vercingetorix gelding was bred by Klawervlei Stud.

The Tarry yard would like to wish all its owners and supporters compliments of the season. May 2024 be a good year for all concerned.
